We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life

4. Return Conditions for Products

4.1 Eligible Returns

Products may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

• Return request is made within 14 days of receipt
• Products are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
• Products are not custom-made or personalized
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

• Custom-made curtains fabricated to your specific measurements
• Personalized or monogrammed textiles

• Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage

You are responsible for the cost of returning products unless:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

5. Refunds

• Payment for all work completed to date
• Payment for all materials ordered or purchased
• No refund of deposit
• Possible additional charges for cancellation fees from suppliers

6.3 Completed Services

Services that have been fully performed cannot be returned or refunded. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship, please refer to Section 8 (Defective Products and Services).

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, you must:

1. Return the original product following the return procedure outlined in Section 4
2. Receive a refund for the returned product
3. Place a new order for the desired product

This ensures accurate inventory management and proper processing of both transactions.
